GearlyX is in beta. This notice explains what information GearlyX collects, why it is used, and how to contact us.
Information We Collect
- Account details: email address, display name, password hash, and account creation time.
- Vehicle details you enter, such as make, model, year, mileage, tags, engine, VIN, transmission, and body type.
- Maintenance records, costs, dates, and descriptions you choose to save.
- AI chats, messages, suggested actions, usage records, token counts, and estimated AI cost.
- Beta feedback, category, message, optional contact email, and submission time.
- Operational logs, health checks, error reports, and basic security/rate-limit data.
How We Use Information
- To provide vehicle profiles, maintenance tracking, AI chat, feedback, and usage features.
- To personalize AI guidance with the vehicle and maintenance context you provide.
- To operate, secure, debug, monitor, and improve the beta service.
- To respond to support, safety, privacy, and beta feedback requests.
AI Processing
When you use AI features, relevant prompts, vehicle context, maintenance context, and conversation content may be sent to the configured AI provider so GearlyX can generate a response. Do not enter secrets, payment information, or information you do not want processed by the AI service.
Data Sharing
GearlyX does not sell user data. Data may be processed by service providers used to run the beta, including hosting, database, monitoring, error reporting, email routing, and AI infrastructure.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete vehicles, maintenance records, chats, and feedback through the product where those actions are available. Account deletion and export are not self-service yet. Contact support@gearly-x.com for beta privacy requests.
Retention
During beta, GearlyX keeps account and product data while your account is active unless deletion is requested or operational retention is required for security, backup, or legal reasons.
